Q.1. What steps to follow if user want to connect pm wani wifi.
Ans.
- Open Wani wifi app.
- Click on register if you are a first time user by clicking on Register.
- Log into the app if you are not already logged in.
- Once you open the app will show you your current network and you can view wifi list by clicking on "WIFI NETWORK LIST".
- Choose any wifi hotspot from the list by clicking on connect.
- If your account does not have any balance you will be redirected to captive portal and you can choose any plan from there. Otherwise you will get connected to wifi network you have chosen.
Q.2. Whom will operate these wi-fi?
Ans.These wifi hotspots are operated by a PDOA(Public Data Office Aggregator) which is registered in the central registry of TRAI(Telecom Regulatory Authority of India).
Q.3. Is this service free for all users or any charges for using/paid plans? If yes then what are the available plans?
Ans. This is a paid service. You can check available plans by click on history option in menu.
Q.4. What is the payment process to purchase a plans?
Ans. If you do not have any balance in your account you will be taken to the captive portal after clicking on connect button from there you can choose different options to recharge your account.
Q.5. Which mobiles are devices supported?
Ans. Only android devices are supported. Any device running on android 4.1 and above will be supported.
Q.6. Is there any eligibility’s required to use this wifi or it’s simply available for all type of users?
Ans. Any user having android smartphone can use this service.

Ans. No. Currrently,We don’t have any referral program .

Ans. User can track their plans by going to the "History" option in the menu.

Ans. The Prime Minister Wi-Fi Access Network Interface (PM-WANI) is being seen as the Centre's attempt to improve wireless internet connectivity. . "The scheme would enable our small shopkeepers to provide WiFi service. This will boost incomes as well as ensure our youth gets seamless internet connectivity
